The Foundation Fide and the Jorge Padilla Blanco Foundation (FJPB) are pleased to announce the signing of a strategic agreement with the objective of promoting culture and improving its accessibility. This agreement, which represents a significant step towards cultural promotion, is based on several key points that will strengthen the collaboration between both institutions. Thus, the signed agreement will allow both entities to develop their respective founding objects, collaborating in the organization of as many events as they consider appropriate. Below are the points of the signed agreement: Collaborative Cultural Activities: Both foundations are committed to organizing various cultural activities in collaboration. These will include gatherings, debate sessions, events, book launches and more. Club H of the Foundation Fide and the FJPB will work together to create enriching and accessible cultural experiences for the community.
Celebration of Club H Activities at the FJPB Headquarters: The FJPB headquarters will be the setting for some of the outstanding activities of Club H, providing an ideal space for holding quality cultural events. Access to the FJPB Library: Club H members will have privileged access to the FJPB library, thus enriching their cultural experience and promoting research and knowledge. Preferential UK Phone Number Access to FJPB Facilities: Appropriate conditions will be established to guarantee preferential and equitable access to FJPB facilities for the importance of analyzing, among other elements, the volume of intragroup operations and their nature (and its documentation in accordance with transfer pricing regulations), the existence of companies within the group generating negative tax bases, the group's financing sources, as well as operational issues such as digitization of tax agency verification systems, and how they impact the information to report by groups of companies (especially in relation to VAT). It continued to be highlighted that, as with the concept of “group”, there are other concepts such as “branch of activity” and “economic unit”, whose scope differs depending on whether they are analyzed in accordance with commercial or tax regulations.
These concepts undoubtedly acquire notable relevance in the context of the structural modifications, where the incentives for the execution of mergers, divisions or other operations regulated in the Structural Modifications Law, pursue objectives of a corporate or contractual nature (such as the universal succession of contracts), but Club H members, ensuring a satisfactory experience without generating unreasonable expectations. Inauguration Ceremonies of Club H in FJPB: The opening ceremony of Club H will take place at the FJPB, scheduled for April in Madrid and in May in Alicante. These events will be attended by all members, marking the beginning of a new stage in cultural promotion and access to culture for all. Both foundations are pleased by the opportunity to join forces and work together to promote culture, facilitate access to education and enrich the community's cultural experience. This agreement reflects the shared commitment of the Foundation Fide and the Jorge Padilla Blanco Foundation to build a cultural space for everyone.
